No LuaJIT in the Computer Language Benchmarks Game?

It seems that the Computer Language Benchmarks Game has dropped LuaJIT very recently. I wish the site could have a ChangeLog to state the reason.
LuaJit wasn’t the only one pulled; the guy (no pun intended 😉 that currently runs the shootout decided that he only wanted on canonical representative per language.
Pretty misguided, if you ask me – languages don’t have a performance level, implementations do. Oh well, it’s Isaac’s site, he can do what he wants.
There was a proggit thread about this back a while: http://www.reddit.com/r/programming/comments/glvgk/lua_jit_pypy_tracemonkey_python_27_jruby_and/.
Many thanks for the link!
EDIT: I have read the thread. It is pretty shocking to me…
There was a thread about this on the Lua mailing list, and the guy was a bit of a douche. He dropped LuaJIT because it’s too much work to run all the extra benchmarks, which is understandable, but he’s not interested in help or willing to pass the buck to anyone else, which sucks, because his site is already linked to be everyone in the known Universe.
And no one ever *ever* makes a new website that’s more interesting and becomes more popular than last years model!
maybe people can just get a mirror of his site (using the code) and post all benchmark? or making a computer game for benchmark site!
@isaacpei — The program source code and the measurement scripts have been freely available from the website for years.
